Location of data processing

The processing activities of users’ personal data are carried out at the operating headquarters of the Controller and are only handled by the employees, collaborators, or associates of Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd who are in charge of the data processing, or by affiliates and/or subsidiaries of Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd and their employees, collaborators and/or associates, and/or by any other individual possibly in charge of the Website’s maintenance, under the strict supervision of the Controller.

Type of data processing

1 – Data automatically collected by the Website

The Website collects, during its regular operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

This kind of data is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but they could (also indirectly, i.e. if combined with other information) allow to identify users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or computers’ domain names used to access the Website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and user’s computing environment.

2 – Data voluntarily supplied by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mail to the contact details included on this Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary information will be progressively provided or displayed on the Website’s pages destined for the specific services upon request.

We invite our users to respect the principle of data necessity and minimization and, therefore, not to send names or other personal information in service requests or questions to third parties unless it is strictly necessary.

Processing method
